Responsibilities
As an A you'll lead a key portion of an engagement, applying a broad range of problem-solving skills, combining technical and analytical excellence to provide a tangible - high impact solution to the client.
Among other aspects, you'll be required to:
- define, initiate and ensure completion of analytical tasks to meet agreed-upon objectives
- draw significant conclusions from analysis and identify implications for the client situation
- customize standard tools with minimal guidance
- apply leading-edge analysis techniques
- formulate technological recommendations based on assigned analytical tasks
- participate in full life cycle client facing implementation projects relating to Information Technologies or processes
- participate in the information gathering and design process for technologies or processes implementation
- provide training to key clients and end users
- create proposal and presentation outlines for assigned casework consistent with corporate standards
- coach other staff on the creation of deliverables

Our Associates help clients make and implement decisions about how to use technology and define new operations approaches to unlock growth, be more efficient or deliver better experiences. We blend strategic thinking with hands-on practicality. You can expect to be involve in a combination of the following domains:
· Operations: Procurement, Supply Chain, Process Improvement, Quality and Lean Culture and Service Operations
· Digital Technology: IoT, Operational Technology, Machine Learning, Augmented Reality, Cloud architectures and services, Big Data, DevOps, NFV/SDN (but not limited to)

-BA, MSc or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science or Operations discipline. MBA is highly recommended
· Aptitude for structured analysis, combined with creativity
· Proven leadership and initiative in previous work, school or university, being a innovative person willing to embrace change derived from digitalization
· Strong interest and passion for operations, digital and IT topics
· Work effectively with people from different levels of the organization
· Able to travel
· Able to communicate effectively in English and Spanish at least. Another language is a plus (French, Portuguese, German...)
· Understand what working collaboratively in a team means
· Excellent academic background
· 3+ years of professional experience in Operations and Technology fields
