IMAN Temporing is seeking for a Customer Service Representative with native level of Greek, to join the multicultural team of one of our clients - a leading global supplier in the areas of Mobility, Monitoring, and Customer Experience.
As a Customer Service Representative your daily responsibilities will be:
- To provide customer service support throughout email, chat and telephone contact - Greek market.
- To answer all questions and claims from customers, as well as concerns suggestions or other formation related to the service (automotive sector)
- To identify needs and new opportunities, in order to offer additional products and services to clients.
Requirements:
- Native level of Greek
- Advanced level of English.
- At least 1 year experience in Customer Service.
- Candidates must be available to work full-time in Barcelona.
What we offer you:
- A full-time job of 39 hours per week.
- Schedule: 8 - 16h, Rotative days off.
- Salary: 8.726 + 0.76 gross Euros per hour + Bonus.
- Job located in Barcelona city.
