Job Description:

ATBL is searching for a Customer Service Representative. This position has full responsibility to accurately review and enter international orders. Our Customer Service Specialist will be working closely with our Sales Department by helping to confirm International orders, responding to customer inquiries, processing orders and providing technical support.

*Must be living in Barcelona city*

Responsibilities:

Order Entry into our CRM System
Process phone orders
Generate and transmit order confirmations
Interact with clients on the phone, internet in a professional manner
Meet all customer needs and exceed expectations, upholding our strong reputation
Accurately answer question and address client concerns

Monitor account activities for assigned customers
Prepare/distribute correspondence, data entry of marketing materials (leads) and samples to sales team
Research sales history and gather account information for sales team

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
Perfect English (Preferably NATIVE speaker)
One year or more years of experience in an office clerical position utilizing Microsoft Work, Excel and database software required.
Prior experience in customer service
Keen attention to detail and excellent memory making clients feel known
Must have strong organizational and communication skills
Must be able to meet deadlines
Ability to adjust to changing operating conditions

Salary is 1200 euros net per month. with the ptential of a salary rise every 4-6 month.
